Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused or lightly sampled products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting the request.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
